Officials and citizens in Westmoreland County are set to discuss efforts to improve local communities during an event later this week.
The 5th annual Blight and Revitalization Summit is planned for Friday at Westmoreland County Community College. The gathering is hosted by the county Redevelopment Authority and Land Bank with the aim of sharing ideas on using vacant lots or abandoned buildings in downtown areas.
