Indiana County’s Court of Common Pleas will have several plea and sentencing hearings today, including hearings for a man charged in five different theft cases.
Court documents show 46-year-old Ryan Irwin of Black Lick will be brought before Judge Gina Force this morning. He is charged with thefts that go back to 2024.
Also due in court today is 42-year-old Paul David Llewellyn of Marion Center. In one case, he is charged with breaking into Betty Lou’s on Route 286 near Commodore on February 2nd. Police say at 4:11 that morning, he shot out a side window with a 12 gauge shotgun and entered the building through the broken window. He fled the scene prior to the arrival of troopers who were tipped off via a burglar alarm. While there was extensive damage reported, nothing was taken in the burglary. He pleaded “no contest” to charges of criminal mischief and criminal trespass in January of this year. In a second case, he pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property for an incident on March 10th of last year. A charge of theft by deception was not prosecuted. He’ll go before President Judge Thomas Bianco this morning.
