A Clearfield County man is facing multiple felony charges after authorities say a toddler reported being sexually assaulted.
Austin Lee Reams, 23, of Osceola Mills, was charged April 15 with aggravated indecent assault of a child, indecent assault of a person under 13, indecent exposure and corruption of minors, according to state police. Troopers said they were called to Mount Nittany Medical Center, where medical staff observed injuries consistent with sexual abuse involving a 2-year-old girl. Investigators allege the child later identified where she was touched during an interview.
Reams, who declined to speak with police on the advice of an attorney, was released after posting $100,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 22.
