Democratic Senator John Fetterman is planning to vote against a war powers resolution to halt strikes on Iran.
During a recent appearance on Fox News, Fetterman said he will vote no on the measure after Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer announced the upper chamber will vote on the resolution next week. Fetterman, who is a staunch supporter of Israel, said “we have to stand with our military to allow them to accomplish the goals of Epic Fury.”
The Pennsylvania lawmaker has previously been the lone Democrat to vote against war power resolution measures led by Senators Tim Kaine, Cory Booker and Chris Murphy.
