The Steelers signed Defensive Lineman Sebastian Joseph-Day to a two-year $11 million contract. The 6-4, 310 pounder played 17 games with 10 starts last season, his second with the Tennessee Titans. He had 41 tackles, two sacks and one fumble recovery.
Joseph-Day has played seven years in the NFL for the LA Chargers, San Fransisco, and the LA Rams, winning a Super Bowl with the Rams in 2022, and was a runner-up for the 2024 Super Bowl. Joseph-Day graduated from Stroudsburg High School and was drafted by The Rams in 2018 as a sixth-round pick from Rutgers.
