Westmoreland County jurors are back with a verdict in the trial of Thomas Stanko.
Stanko was found guilty Wednesday of first-degree murder on the death of Cassandra Gross.
Gross — Stanko’s ex-girlfriend — was reported missing in 2018 and has since been declared dead though her body was never found.
