After naming Patrick Graham their new defensive coordinator on Friday, Steelers Now’s Derrick Bell reports Saints quarterback coach Scott Tolzein has been hired as the new offensive coordinator. NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero says the Steelers have interviewed Texas Tech outside linebackers coach C.J. Ah You for the same position in Pittsburgh.
Also, the Steelers reportedly have signed two of McCarthy’s former Green Bay assistants to the strength and conditioning coaching staff. Both Mark Lovat and Grant Thorne have been serving as assistant strength and conditioning coaches with the Tennessee Titans the last two seasons.
