Charges are being filed against an Arnold man accused of attacking a fellow prisoner inside a Westmoreland County Courthouse holding cell.
Thirty-three-year-old Devon Bayne faces a charge of simple assault in connection with the incident in which authorities say that Brian Rebold was punched at least a dozen times and was left with a broken nose. Bayne was already awaiting trial in multiples cases involving violence.
Rebold is being held on charges in the stabbing death of his mother.
