First responders had a relatively quiet day yesterday, with only a few calls for service.
A vehicle accident was reported at 1:15 pm yesterday on Rose Street in White Township. The Indiana Fire Department responded to the scene.
A brush fire was also reported yesterday at 6:55 pm on Sallys Lane in Brush Valley Township. Saltsburg and Tunnelton fire departments were originally dispatched. Islen/ West Lebanon crews were sent to assist ten minutes later. This marks the 79th brush fire of the year.
Other calls included a miscellaneous call at 9:16 in the morning on Oakland Avenue in White Township. Indiana crews responded.
