Community Development Block Grant funding for Indiana Borough is up for discussion at tonight’s council meeting.
On the proposed agenda is a resolution to outline the 2025 CDBG entitlement program on behalf of Indiana Borough. The other is to approve a cooperation agreement for the program.
Also on the agenda is a motion to advertise the revised pretreatment ordinance amending and modifying the pretreatment standards for publicly owned treatment works for Indiana Borough, approval of an agreement with Michael Baker International for the 8th Street Initiative project, and approval of an event on August 16th from 10 AM to 10 PM for the first annual Cornhole Tournament and Band performance from Downtown Indiana. The event would be held in the 00 block of South Carpenter Avenue.
The meeting will be held tonight at 7:00 at the borough council temporary office on Water Street.
