CURVE EVEN SERIES WITH PORTLAND

Altoona rolled over Portland, 6-2, last night.  Esmerlyn Valdez and Jase Bowen each had three hits, and Bowen had two doubles and stole home.  Emmanuel Chapman started in a bullpen game and retired the first eleven batters he faced in pitching three-and-two thirds innings pitched.
