A Johnstown man is accused of sexually assaulting a girl at a home in Indiana County.
Court documents show that 38-year-old Shane Plummer is facing charges of felony aggravated indecent assault of a child and misdemeanor indecent assault of someone under 13 in connection with incidents between 2013 and 2019. State Police say that Plummer abused the girl, who was five when the assaults started, at a home in Brush Valley Township on as many as 20 occasions.
He was arraigned yesterday, and bail was set at $10,000. A preliminary hearing will be held January 7th before District Judge Susanne Steffee.
