A preliminary hearing is set for an Indiana man charged with stalking in Indiana Borough.
Court documents show this is the second attempt at a preliminary hearing for 73-year-old Barry Uhron in front of District Judge Anthony Sottile. The previous hearing, scheduled for last week, was delayed. Charges of stalking and harassment-following in a public place were filed against Uhron in connection with an incident on August 26th. Indiana Borough Police said at the time that the victim called them that night and said that she was being followed through town by someone who had tracked her previously.
