First Commonwealth Bank held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of their new Downtown Branch Thursday evening.
The new branch office at First Commonwealth Place in the 600 block of Philadelphia Street takes over operations for the branch in the historic building at the corner of 6th and Philadelphia Streets. Dave Reed with First Commonwealth talked about being able to donate the former location to Indiana County to be used as a welcome center.
The new location will be able to offer everything the prior location offered, including ATM access and a night depository.
