A Pittsburgh man was sentenced yesterday in Armstrong County for a crash that killed two people from Indiana County.
A judge ordered Michael Flynn, who turns 44 on Saturday, to serve two consecutive prison terms of one to two years for each count of vehicular homicide that he pleaded guilty to in early July of this year. On July 3rd, 2022, Flynn was behind the wheel of an SUV that rear-ended a motorcycle driven by 58-year-old Anthony Stasko of Indiana on Route 56 at Basinger Road in Kiski Township. The crash took the lives of both Anthony and his wife, Kim.
Initial charges were filed about a year after the accident happened after conducting a lengthy and thorough investigation.
