More accomplishments for Homer-Center graduate Meegan Williams. The freshman outside hitter for Saint Vincent College is the Presidents’ Athletic Conference Volleyball Newcomer of the Week after she recorded her fourth double-double of the season in the Bearcat’s lone match last week, a 3-1 win over Pitt-Greensburg. Williams had ten kills and fifteen digs, with a .318 hitting percentage, for twelve points. She also had a block and a service ace in the win.
Earlier this season, she had been named to the PAC Honor Roll.
