Indiana County’s court schedule is loaded to start the week and among the cases for today is a sentencing hearing for 29-year-old Amber Jones, who was charged with aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child earlier this year.
Indiana Borough Police charged Jones in January following a month-and-a-half long investigation that started on December 7 when a child, described as less than one year old at the time, suffered an injury after having physical contact with her at a home in the 200 block of Nixon Avenue.
She will go before Indiana County President Judge Thomas Bianco at 8:30 this morning.
