PennDOT is alerting motorists that there will be some evening road work starting tonight at the Margaret Road intersection in Armstrong County.
Starting at 7:00 PM tonight and going until 5:00 the next morning, crews will install drainage systems as part of the ongoing intersection project to replace an existing four-way intersection with a T-style intersection just west of the existing one. Along with that, the project will incorporate two new structures consisting of a box culvert and a two-span bridge. The two-span bridge will carry Margaret Road over Cherry Run.
The road will open to the public in the late summer/early fall.
