It’s been a busy 24 hours for first responders as they have had to deal with several different types of calls, including some water-related calls.
Three vehicle accidents were reported yesterday. One of those was an accident on Oakland Avenue as two cars collided in a T-Bone crash near the intersection of Oakland and Florence Avenues between Aldi and the intersection with Indian Springs Road. No injuries were reported, but state police and Indiana Fire Association members were on scene for about a half-hour to clean the scene.
A second crash was reported on Warren Road in Center Township at 6:04 PM. Indiana Fire Association was called out again along with state police and Citizens’ Ambulance. The third crash was at 9:45 last night on McIntyre Road in Young Township. That brought out Coal Run and Iselin fire departments along with the state police. Details on those two accidents have not been released.
Crews were also called out for basement pumping details this morning. At 12:33, Coral Graceton fire department was called to pump water at a location along Luciousboro Road. And Indiana fire crews were pumping water out of a property on Grandview Avenue in White Township at 1:33 this morning.
