A Glen Campbell man will go before Indiana County President Judge Thomas Bianco for a review hearing for a case of arson.
23-year-old Daniel Scott Heitzenrater is charged with reckless endangerment, reckless burning or exploding and criminal mischief for an incident in December of 2020. Court documents show that in February of 2023, Heitzenrater was declared not competent enough to stand trial. Heitzenrater has been in Jefferson County Jail since September of 2021.
