With a bill now introduced in the state legislature to remove restrictions on Sunday hunting, State Senator Joe Pittman wants to know what you think. Pittman is taking a survey to gather the thoughts on the proposal. He is asking three basic questions: Do you support additional Sundays, fewer Sundays, or keeping the same number of Sundays?
Sunday hunting is currently permitted for three days each year: one during deer rifle season, one during deer archery season, and one other day as determined by the state Game Commission.
Pittman supports the proposal. To take the survey, visit senatorpittman.com.
