On Wednesday night, the Penns Manor School Board approved some motions to prepare for the upcoming school year.
The board approved the 2023-24 tentative bus routes, a revised edition of the school year calendar that makes May 3rd of 2024 an early dismissal for students, and mentors for people in recently hired positions. Superintendent Daren Johnston said that he was looking forward to the new school year, and talked about his major goal for the year.
In other business, the board approved an agreement with Builder’s Hardware to complete the replacement of doors and a door frame in the district at the cost of $7,831.
