State police have arrested a man from Indiana County who was wanted on charges of felony indecent assault of a juvenile.
Troopers say in a news release that 36-year-old Mark Allen Juart, who had a last known address of Indiana, was charged in April of this year in connection with an investigation into several incidents of indecent assault of a girl that happened between January 1st of 2022 to March 19th of 2023. Charges of indecent assault of a person under 13 and summary harassment were filed with District Judge Susanne Steffee and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Juart was arrested yesterday in Armstrong County and was found to be using the name “Michael Herbert” and was living out of a truck.
He is now in Indiana County Jail awaiting his preliminary arraignment.
