No one was injured in a crash Thursday afternoon in Blairsville.
Blairsville Borough Police were summoned to the intersection of state routes 22 and 217 around 3 PM for a crash involving two cars. Officers say Edward Evans of Dayton failed to yield to the right of way at a stop sign at the Route 22 off-ramp and hit a car driven by Barbara Detwiler of Blairsville while attempting to pull out.
No one was hurt but Detwiler’s car was disabled from the crash and required towing. Police are continuing to investigate.
