Clymer Borough Police say a Lucernemines man will be charged in connection with a traffic stop last night within city limits.
Brandon Darr, 23, is accused of having a “THC pen” in his possession when the vehicle in which he was a passenger was pulled over for having a suspended registration. The pen was found during a consent search. Police don’t say why they asked to do the search and they do not identify the vehicle’s driver.
Darr was informed that charges will be filed before District Judge Christopher Welch and he was then released.
