Indiana Borough Police have charged a local woman with trespassing after she was told multiple times that she was not allowed to be in a store.
Police say at 12:34 AM on July 5th, officers were notified that 53-year-old Alberta Marsh of Indiana was in a convenience store in the 300 block of Philadelphia Street, but she had been banned from the property. Further investigation revealed that she was told not to return to the store on more than one occasion.
A charge of defiant trespass was filed with District Judge Guy Haberl’s office via criminal complaint.
