TROOPERS INVESTIGATING JEWELRY THEFT AT INDIANA MALL

State police in Indiana are investigating an incident of theft at the Indiana Mall earlier this week.

Troopers say around 12:07 Tuesday afternoon, a woman pretended to fall over while looking at jewelry at the JCPenney and switched a gold chain with a fake one. The gold chain is estimated to be worth $1,749.98. Surveillance photos show the woman wearing glasses, a black shirt, black pants, black shoes and a white face mask.
