An update is anticipated later today concerning the ongoing negotiations between the State System of Higher Education and the union that represents its teachers.
Today is the second day of a two-day negotiation session between PASSHE and APSCUF. The last time the two sides met was on June 21st and 22nd, when both sides discussed distance education, student feedback, bargaining-unit work, and athletic directors.
More sessions are also scheduled for August. APSCUF said that the terms of the current agreement will remain in effect until the new one is reached.
