Burrell Township officials are letting people know about some issues with telephones at their office building.
Burrell Township Supervisor Dan Shacreaw said that the township office is currently transitioning to its new location, but their phone lines have already been transferred over to the new location, and they have been dealing with the issue since last Friday. Shacreaw said that soon, the current office at 321 Park Drive will be just the township garage and municipal shed, but the township tax collector is still in the building and has no phone service there.
Anyone who needs to drop off tax payments can still do so, as the drop box is still there. Anyone who needs to contact the tax collector over the phone can do so at 724-248-3308.
