A Homer City man will enter pleas in three cases today in Indiana County Court.
41-year-old Richard Michael Kolesar is scheduled to be in Indiana County Court at 10:00 for the plea hearings. In two cases, he is charged with DUI and related crimes for incidents in January and April of 2022. In the third case, not only is he facing DUI charges, but he also faces two counts of theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief, and single counts of theft from a motor vehicle, burglary, evading arrest, attempting to disarm a police officer and other crimes. These charges are related to an incident on January 11th of this year.
