An Indiana woman was ordered to serve time in prison for cases involving theft and drugs.
36-year-old Brittany Arcurio was sentenced to serve time in both Indiana County Jail and a State Correctional facility for two different cases. In one case, she pleaded guilty to conspiracy to theft and conspiracy to criminal mischief for a theft at the Blue Diamond in Blairsville in January of 2022. She along with 29-year-old Clifford Camut, Jr. broke into two skill game machines inside the bar and made off with $1400 in cash. In that case, she was ordered to serve up to a year in the county jail and pay appropriate fines.
In a second case, she pleaded guilty to possessing a precursor substance with intent to manufacture for an incident in 2019. For that case, she was ordered to serve one to three years in state prison. As part of her sentencing this morning, her probation was revoked related to a theft by deception case, and was ordered back to state prison for up to two years.
As the sentences will run concurrently, she will serve her time in a state correctional facility.
