POLICE INVESTIGATING BICYCLE THEFT

Indiana Borough Police are investigating a theft that happened this week.

Officers say that a bike was stolen from a home in the 300 block of North 6th Street last Sunday.  The bike is described as a green and blue Nishiki mountain bike.  Anyone with information on the theft is asked to call police at 724-349-2121.

The long-awaited bike-pedestrian bridge across Route 22 is now open! What do you think?

I love it! It will help bring more economic activity to Indiana County!
I love it! It's much needed for the safety of folks to link the trails and access both sides of that busy highway.
I love it for both of the reasons listed above (as long as they maintain it.)
It's not going to be the economic boon they're saying it will be.
Not enough people will use it to have an effect on safety.
It will not be maintained and will fall into disuse rather quickly.
