The Homer-Center School Board will hold its regular meeting tonight and the budget for the next school year will be one of the major items on the agenda.
The board will consider tonight approving the 2023-24 budget for advertisement. The proposed budget comes to $19,770,790 and includes a tax increase of about .83 mils. Upon approval tonight, the budget will be put out for public display the next day and would be up for final approval in June.
The board will also consider a request from the Evergreen After School program to use the elementary gym for activities from 8-3 from June 19th to July 27th, and approve the list of graduates for the class of 2023.
The meeting is scheduled for 7:30 tonight in the district board room.
