A New Florence man is charged with stealing scrap metal back in late April.
State Police say that 59-year-old Orbin Boring of New Florence allegedly stole scrap metal from the home of a 58-year-old New Florence man and sold the metal for money. Along with $104.75 worth of scrap metal, Boring allegedly took nearly $80 worth of sheet metal. Charges were filed through District Judge Robert Bell Sr.’s office.
The thefts allegedly happened between April 21st and 24th.
