At their meeting Wednesday afternoon, the White Township Supervisors continued to hear concerns regarding noise in the township.
Supervisors once again heard from Kelly Coleman, who again requested that a noise ordinance be created for the township after more issues arose over bands practicing in the former Jim Davis Autobody Garage. She added that she feels that her concerns are not being heard.
Chairwoman Gail McCauley assured Coleman that her comments were being heard, but creating an ordinance is a lengthy process.
Supervisor Sandi Gillette, who worked with McCauley and others to create different ordinances, echoed that statement. She said there is a process in creating one.
In other business, Recreation Director Ryan Shaffer told the board that the first coat of paint was applied to the pickleball courts at Kennedy King Park and all painting should be completed by next week.
