Indiana Borough Police have charged an Indiana man following an incident Tuesday night.
Officers say they were dispatched to a home along the 1400 block of Philadelphia Street around 11:35 p.m. for a reported altercation. Upon arrival, police arrested 19-year-old Tate Southerland and charged him with simple assault and harassment.
Southerland was lodged in Indiana County Jail to await arraignment before Magisterial Judge Guy Haberl.
