Along with the call on Oakland Avenue, first responders had a relatively quiet day.
At 2:01 PM, Creekside firefighters were called out to an electrical fire along Five Points Road in Washington Township. A gas leak was reported on Route 403 North in Pine Township. That brought both Pine and Cherryhill Township fire departments to the scene.
And a vehicle accident was reported on Route 286 East in Montgomery Township. The Glen Campbell Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched at 8:27 PM for the crash. Details on the accident are not available.
