UPDATE AS OF 8:38 A.M.:
Indiana County Coroner Jerry Overman Jr. released the name of the victim in a fatal crash in West Wheatfield Township on Sunday.
Overman said around 1:16 p.m., 20-year-old Brianna Sage Shaffer of McKeesport was driving along Route 22 East just west of Bethel Cemetery Road near the village of Clyde, when she lost control of her 2010 Honda Civic and struck a median and a car in the eastbound lane, resulting in a T-bone style crash.
Shaffer was pronounced dead at the scene, and Overman said the cause of her death was multiple blunt force trauma. He adds that she was wearing a seatbelt at the time and a toxicology report was ordered.
Meanwhile, the driver and two people in the eastbound car were taken to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown for treatment of suspected injuries.

One person was killed and three others were hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash in West Wheatfield Township on Sunday.
State police say the crash happened at 1:16 PM on Route 22 just west of Bethel Cemetery Road near the village of Clyde. One car was going west on 22 while the other car was coming east in the left-hand lane. The westbound vehicle went across the median and into the oncoming lane, and the car coming east collided with it in a “T-bone” style collision.
The driver of the westbound vehicle was pronounced dead on the scene. The driver and two others were transported to Conemaugh Hosptial for treatment of moderate injuries. Clyde, Black Lick and Armagh Fire Departments, Citizens’ Ambulance and PennDOT assisted investigators on-scene. The names of the victims have been withheld pending notification of next-of-kin.
