PSP INVESTIGATING HARASSMENT IN ROSTRAVER

State troopers are investigating a case of harassment in northern Indiana County.

According to state police from the Punxsutawney barracks, the incident was reported at 10:01 last Thursday morning at a location on Hemlock Lake Road in Banks Township.  The victim was identified as a 16-year-old girl from the Rostraver area.  The incident is still being investigated.

I love it! It will help bring more economic activity to Indiana County!
I love it! It's much needed for the safety of folks to link the trails and access both sides of that busy highway.
I love it for both of the reasons listed above (as long as they maintain it.)
It's not going to be the economic boon they're saying it will be.
Not enough people will use it to have an effect on safety.
It will not be maintained and will fall into disuse rather quickly.
