Two sentencing hearings are scheduled for today in Indiana County court for a Blairsville man.
The hearings will be held for 28-year-old Chauncey Calvin Hafer. He pleaded guilty to one count of receiving stolen property for cases from February 2nd and February 18th of last year. Other charges, including retail theft, theft by unlawful taking and possession of an instrument of a crime were not prosecuted.
Also on the schedule today for the Indiana County Courts is a motions hearing for Luke Scioscia of Bellevue. He faces charges of simple assault and harassment for an incident on September 5th of last year.
