Indiana Borough Police have charged an Indiana man with public intoxication for an incident from Wednesday.
Police say that officers were called out at 8:10 AM for a report of a man stumbling on the sidewalk and falling onto the road in the 400 block of South 4th Street. The suspect, identified as 38-year-old Steven Hill, was under the influence of both alcohol and a controlled substance to the point that he could hurt himself or others.
He was lodged in Indiana County Jail.
