Penns Manor teachers will vote on the tentative labor agreement later today.
The tentative agreement was reached during a negotiation session on Thursday. Classes in the district resumed last Friday. Details on the agreement were not released at the time, but they are expected to be released today. The agreement came after a nine-day strike that resulted in the cancellation of classes throughout the district. One of the main sticking points in the negotations was the healthcare plan.
The new four-year agreement would cover 2022-2026. The vote will come this afternoon after school is over for the day.
