Several ARD hearings are scheduled for today in Indiana County Court. Among those will be a hearing for a Beaver woman charged in connection with an incident in Indiana Borough last year.
Court documents show 20-year-old Morgan Work of Baden will have her ARD hearing before Judge Gina Force this afternoon. This will be for an incident dating back to August 28th when Indiana Borough Police officers conducted a traffic stop in the “00” block of South 7th Street and found Work intoxicated to the point where it was not safe for her to drive. Charges were then filed based on lab results and an investigation. Her hearing is scheduled for 1:15 this afternoon.
Also scheduled for an ARD hearing is 30-year-old Amanda Reshelle Telep of Indiana for an incident dating back to December 29th. Her hearing is scheduled for 8:30 this morning before Judge Force.
