Just weeks after the Mega Millions gave away a large jackpot, another popular multi-state lottery game’s jackpot is growing again.
No one hit the jackpot in Monday night’s Powerball drawing. The numbers, again, were 1-4-12-36-49 with a Powerball of 5. The jackpot now goes up to the eighth highest in game history of $653 million. It’s been a few months since the Powerball has been hit, and it has rolled over with each drawing that the jackpot has not hit. The highest jackpot on record was a $2.04 billion, which was won in November of 2022 by a winner in California.
The next drawing is set for February 1st.
