State Police are reminding everyone that they will be out in full force over the holiday weekend.
And anticipation of increased vehicle traffic from now through Christmas day, state troopers will be out watching for distracted, aggressive, and intoxicated motorists. They’re also asking drivers to make sure that their cars are in good condition, including fluid levels, the vehicles battery, and emergency kits. They’re also asking drivers to be especially cautious when encountering plow trucks and emergency vehicles.
We here at your hometown radio station want you to have a safe and happy holiday season. That includes not driving while intoxicated. A fatal vehicle accident is not the kind of story we want to report over the holidays.
