On Wednesday night, the White Township supervisors passed the 2023 general fund budget.
Once again there are no taxes for Township residents, and there will be no fee increases. Township Manager Chris Anderson said that the numbers remained relatively the same from last month, when it was put up for advertisement. He also said that it was difficult to put together the budget as the township, like many other municipalities, are facing cost increases.
In other business, the supervisor set their reorganization meeting for January 3rd at 1:00 p.m. The first regular Township meeting will be January 11th at 1:00 p.m.
