Two people are facing drug-related charges following a traffic stop in Clymer Borough.
Clymer Borough Police say on October 27th around 1 p.m., they conducted a traffic stop in the borough and found the driver, 34-year-old Steven Marsh of Saltsburg, driving on a DUI suspended license. Officers say they gained consent to search Marsh’s vehicle and recovered suspected heroin, cocaine, acid, methamphetamines, and marijuana, along with scales, needles, and other drug paraphernalia.
Marsh was arrested and charges are pending through District Judge Christopher Welch’s office.
Meanwhile, the passenger, 21-year-old Ivy Autumn Allison of Indiana, was arrested on drug paraphernalia charges. Officers discovered that she had prior warrants out for her arrest, and she was picked up by the sheriff’s department and transported to Indiana County Jail.
Marsh is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing on December 19th at 11 a.m. in front of Judge Welch. Allison had her preliminary hearing scheduled for the same date, but it was continued until February 13th, 2023 at 9:20 a.m.
