Jury selection is scheduled for today for three trials that are on the schedule for Indiana County Court, including one for a man charged with drug- and firearm-related crimes over Homecoming weekend last year.
Court documents say 21-year-old Elijah Page is due in court this morning for jury selection. He is charged with illegal possession of a weapon, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of drug paraphernalia and of marijuana for an incident on October 2nd of 2021. Indiana Borough Police pulled over a vehicle at 11:45 PM that night in the 900 block of Philadelphia Street for multiple vehicle violations. Police found the marijuana and promptly seized the vehicle. Under the passenger seat where Page was sitting was more marijuana and a handgun.
Jury selection will also be held today for 67-year-old Steven Harbaugh, who is charged with indecent exposure for an incident on October 6th of 2021. And 26-year-old Deion Robinson is facing charges of simple assault and harassment for an incident on June 16th of last year.
