Officials with the PA Department of Agriculture announced this week that some new features will be coming to this year’s Farm Show.
In a news release, Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding said that this year’s theme – Rooted in Progress – will invite businesses to market their products directly to consumers through a new competition. In this competition, there are three divisions: Market Website, Market Advertising Brochure, and Market Social Media Presence.
This idea stems off Pennsylvania’s national leadership in direct farm sales, in which reports show the commonwealth has eclipsed approximately $600 million in sales.

- Family Living (includes baking, crafts and hundreds of other categories) – Jan. 4, 2023

The 2023 PA Farm Show will be held from January 7-14, at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center.
