A suspected drug dealer arrested in October is due in court today for an extradition hearing.
Court documents show that today’s hearing will be for Terry Allan Tabor of Nevada. He was taken into custody on October 4th by members of the state police, Indiana borough police and federal marshals in a joint operation at an undisclosed location in White Township. Tabor had been wanted by police in Nevada for possession with the intent to distribute over 500 grams each of cocaine and methamphetamine. He was also found with meth, Xanax and ecstasy pills along with drug sales paraphernalia and about $15,000 in cash.
Tabor has been in Indiana County Jail since his arrest. His extradition hearing will be before judge Thomas Bianco at 9:30 this morning.
